JESSE CRAWFORD NOE, 70, of Bartlett, died September 3, 2011 at his home. Jesse was born and raised in Memphis, TN. He graduated from Shelby State with an Associate degree in Criminology and Psychology. He joined the Air Force in 1959 and served four years and received numerous decorations. He retired as Captain in 2001 after 37½ years of dedicated service to the City of Memphis Police Dept. He leaves his wife of 22 years, Anne M. Noe; daughters, Lori Booker and husband Tim, Angie Smith and husband Jeff; stepdaughters, Tammy J Bell, Cindy Smith; stepsons, Joe Johnson, Jr., Rande Johnson; grandchildren, Josh Booker, Daniel Booker, Danny Smith, Charley Campbell, Harleigh Bell, Ricky Bell, Montana Smith, Isaiah Smith, Rande Matthew Johnson, Bridget Ketchum; great-grandchildren, Jackson Ty Bunnell, Chloe Ketchum, Kaydin Ketchum; mother, Nondece Blalock Noe, father, Jesse Crawford Noe. Interment will be in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Services entrusted to: Bartlett Funeral Home
